Intention

If you’ve ever taken a yoga class, then you’ve undoubtedly heard the phrase “setting your intention.” To me, it means drawing your focus to the present—rooting yourself to the ground—while the flow of things continues around you.

I’ve been trying to set my intention all week, but I haven’t been particularly successful. Admittedly, I’ve been a little overwhelmed by the flow and I can’t seem to get a firm footing.

My apologies. I hope to have a new post for you in the next few days. Please stay tuned.
